Early alerts
A faculty desk for the professor who is also an adviser: the class with who is slipping and why from the LMS, progress grades suggested from activity and submitted in one pass, an early alert that reaches Student Success with a note to the student, and advisees who still need a meeting before registration invited in a click, with a brief for each meeting.
One working session with the people in the seat: which decisions, which systems, what a good week looks like.
The app you see above, running on your own exports instead of the simulated world. Every screen, every decision, your numbers.
Wired to your systems with your permissions, agents proposing, people approving, the ledger recording who did what.
Overview
Faculty see a missed quiz; they do not see the hold, the work schedule or the waitlist. An early alert is a form that disappears, so most never file one, and advisees who have not met are found the week registration opens.
The desk opens on one section: grade and activity for every student, with the few worth a look first and the reason. Progress grades are suggested the way a person would read the LMS, and submitted in one pass. An alert goes to Student Success with the professor's note to the student, and the professor sees it picked up. Advisees who still need a meeting get an invitation with office hours, replies book into them, and each meeting has a brief: the courses, where the student stands for registration, and three things to raise.
