Overview
Faculty raise alerts in the LMS, the card system knows who has not been on campus, the bursar knows who has a hold, and advisors keep their own lists. Nobody sees the student across all four until the withdrawal form arrives.
The app scores engagement from the LMS, card swipes, no-shows and holds, and opens on what changed this week and the decisions it implies. A student page shows the alerts with who raised them and whether anyone claimed them; a case opens on the record and the owner's board, and closes with an outcome that feeds the what-works tables. Campus, cohort and advisor views show where it concentrates.
