Fig Technology Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Fig Mobile App (“App”), an AI-powered website builder and marketing automation platform. By using the App, you consent to the practices described herein

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Personal Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment details (processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform).
User Content: Content you input into the App, such as website text, images, business descriptions, and custom domain preferences, to enable our services.
Marketing Configuration Data: Information you provide to run advertising campaigns, including daily ad budgets, target audience locations, ad copy, and campaign duration.
End-Customer Data: Data related to individuals who interact with the websites or advertisements you create using our App (e.g., leads, form submissions, or visitors to your generated website). Regarding this data, we act as a Data Processor, and you act as the Data Controller.
Usage Data: Technical information, including device type, IP address, and app interactions (e.g., app launches, clicks, and website creation events), collected automatically to improve functionality.
Subscription Data: Details of your monthly or annual subscription plan, managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Advertising Data: Information about advertisements you have seen or interacted with, collected only with your consent through the App’s tracking permission prompt.
Device Identifiers: Unique identifiers such as your device’s advertising ID (e.g., Apple’s IDFA or Google’s Advertising ID), collected only with your consent through the App’s tracking permission prompt.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide and maintain the App’s services, including AI website generation and domain registration.
Administer Advertising Services: Programmatically create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) on your behalf, utilizing the budgets and content you approve.
Process subscriptions and communicate with you about your account.
Analyze usage patterns to enhance the App’s performance and user experience.
Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

Advertising Platforms (Google & Meta): To provide our automated marketing services, we share specific campaign data (ad copy, targeting, budget) and website URLs with third-party advertising networks, specifically Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). This sharing is necessary to launch the marketing campaigns you request within the App. We act as a third-party manager for these integrations.
Service Providers: Third parties assisting with hosting, payment processing, and analytics, bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Firebase: Used for authentication, cloud storage, and push notifications. (See Firebase Privacy Policy).
- Sentry.io: Used for error tracking and performance monitoring. Sentry collects crash reports and device data to help us fix bugs. PII is scrubbed where possible. (See Sentry Privacy Policy).
Meta SDK: We use the Meta SDK for analytics and social features. If you grant tracking permission, this may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad performance measurement. (See Meta Privacy Policy).
Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided.

4. Third-Party Advertising & Agency Relationship

By using the marketing features of the App, you acknowledge that Fig Technology Inc. acts as a third-party technology provider managing ad campaigns on your behalf.

Google Ads: We utilize the Google Ads API to create and manage campaigns. While we facilitate the creation of these ads, you are responsible for ensuring your business and ad content comply with Google Ads Policies.
Platform Liability: We are not responsible for the approval status, performance, or suspension of your ads by third-party networks (Google/Meta).

5. Custom Domains

If you register a free custom domain through a premium account, we process related data per our Domain Policy. We may share domain registration details (such as WHOIS data) with third-party registrars as required by ICANN regulations.

6. Security Measures

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may access or delete your account data by contacting us at support@hellofig.io.

Tracking Choices: You can manage tracking preferences (for personalized ads) via your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking; Android: Settings > Google > Ads).
Google Ads Access: If you wish to revoke our access to manage your ads on Google, you may do so through your Google Account security settings, though this will disable the marketing features of our App.
