Overview
Placement lives in the recruiting platform, alumni in the donor system, stipends in a spreadsheet, and first destinations in a survey nobody answers. Staff learn about a hire from the survey months after the platform recorded it.
The app joins the recruiting platform, the donor database's employment records, the stipend tracker and the SIS. It opens on the seniors with something due and the next step for each; stipends are decided one card at a time and written to the tracker; introductions go to advancement with the posting attached; last year's unknowns are recorded from the evidence that already exists, and only the rest get the survey.
