Connectors also let Fig act in those tools: creating issues, drafting updates and triggering workflows. A designer can get a handoff checklist created in the right place; a founder can have a follow-up email drafted from the account history.

Security and control

Connectors follow your existing permissions. If you cannot see a file in the original tool, Fig cannot either. Teams choose which connectors are enabled and which actions are allowed.
