The inbox lists the claims. The ontology-powered search identifies the vehicle, reads its maintenance history, follows the links to past resolutions and retrieves the right manual section, showing every reasoning step; simple and hybrid search are there for comparison. The generated resolution is applied and recorded as a maintenance report, so the next technician with the same symptom sees it and the fleet-wide issue count updates.
