Rapid issue detection in vehicles
Warranty claims classified by impacted component with a confidence for the engineer to review, automatic classification switched on per component as trust grows, clusters of unassigned claims that surface emerging issues, and a review dashboard per issue with claims by mileage, model year and state that feeds back to manufacturing quality.
One working session with the people in the seat: which decisions, which systems, what a good week looks like.
The app you see above, running on your own exports instead of the simulated world. Every screen, every decision, your numbers.
Wired to your systems with your permissions, agents proposing, people approving, the ledger recording who did what.
Overview
Warranty claims arrive as dealer comments in free text. Categorising them is a manual job, so emerging field issues are found months late when the cost is already in the warranty budget.
The inbox reads each claim and proposes the impacted component with a confidence; the engineer reviews or lets high-confidence components classify automatically. Unassigned claims are clustered into candidate issues with their claim count and cost. The dashboard shows an issue's claims by mileage, model year and state, and feeding it back to manufacturing quality identifies the supplier lot and line and drafts the recall scope.
Key features
- Claim classification: claims sorted into impacted components with confidence, and an evolving knowledge base from expert input.
- Automated cluster generation: unassigned claims grouped into early warnings of new issues.
- Claim, issue and vehicle 360s: claims enriched with vehicle and model context for hypothesis testing and recall scoping.
- Feedback to manufacturing quality: fleet-wide issues fed into MES and supply chain systems.
Decisions it produces
- Confirm a claim's component classification
- Turn on automatic classification for a component
- Feed an issue back to manufacturing quality
- Scope a recall from an issue
