Export control compliance
Export control across the order lifecycle: the order-parts process mined into states from creation to inbound and outbound verification with counts and durations, the objects in any state, AI-suggested classification codes for a part's technical document with the rationale to validate or correct, and the ontology of suppliers, orders, classifications and licenses behind it.
One working session with the people in the seat: which decisions, which systems, what a good week looks like.
The app you see above, running on your own exports instead of the simulated world. Every screen, every decision, your numbers.
Wired to your systems with your permissions, agents proposing, people approving, the ledger recording who did what.
Overview
Export control lives across legal, procurement, engineering and the warehouse, each with its own spreadsheet. Orders wait months for a license nobody knew was needed, and classifying a part means reading a technical document against a taxonomy.
The app mines the order process into states so the bottlenecks are visible, and lists the orders in any state with their classification and plants. Classifying a document runs the AI over it and presents candidate codes with the rationale for the compliance officer to validate, feed back or override; the validated code writes to the material data and re-evaluates the license requirement on open orders. The ontology view shows how countries, suppliers, orders, classifications and licenses connect.
Key features
- Comprehensive visibility: import and export activities as a mined process with counts and durations per state.
- AI-suggested classifications: codes recommended from descriptions or technical documents with a rationale to validate.
- Smart licensing and digitised licenses: license recommendations from history and OCR of license documents.
- Enhanced collaboration: one hub for legal, procurement, engineering and warehouse with a full audit trail.
Decisions it produces
- Validate or correct an AI classification
- Open an order's single process view
- Update material data with a validated code
- Investigate a state's bottleneck
