Hazardous material compliance
Regulated materials such as PFAS traced from raw material through the bill of materials, production and sales orders, with each reporting decision validated against the published regulation and compliance status by jurisdiction.

One working session with the people in the seat: which decisions, which systems, what a good week looks like.
The app you see above, running on your own exports instead of the simulated world. Every screen, every decision, your numbers.
Wired to your systems with your permissions, agents proposing, people approving, the ledger recording who did what.
Overview
PLM says what is in each product, the ERP says what was made and sold, and the regulation is a PDF. Answering how much PFAS went to which customers under which rule takes weeks of spreadsheet work, and the reporting decision rests on one person's reading of the rule.
The app hydrates one ontology from PLM, ERP and the published regulations, scans materials against the regulated lists, and traces each hit through the BOM to products, sales orders and customers. For each material it parses the rule, compares it with the internal decision and gives the product safety engineer the evidence to validate or flag. Reporting shows compliance status by jurisdiction on a map.
Key features
- AI-assisted decision validation: public regulations parsed and compared with internal compliance documents.
- Live impact analyses: regulated quantities traced through the bill of materials and the value chain, near real time.
- PFAS scan across PLM, ERP and the regulatory lists, with ToxCast activity per material.
- Compliance status by jurisdiction, with the rule that applies to each.
Decisions it produces
- Validate or flag a regulatory reporting decision
- Acknowledge and assign a regulated-material alert
- Trace a production order's regulated inputs to customers
- Quarantine or phase out a lot
Data sources
| PLM | bills of materials, material properties, CAS numbers |
|---|---|
| ERP | production orders, lots, sales orders, customers |
| Regulatory publications | EPA TSCA §8(a)(7), REACH Annex XVII, parsed by the model |
| ToxCast / EPA CompTox | assay activity per substance |
