Plant digital twin
A live digital twin of the plant: operations KPIs and throughput by process, the production floor from building to zone to a single pump with its sensors, images and manual, and incident management with approve, reject and take action.

A sample of the app on simulated data. Book a call to click through it live, or to see it on your own exports.
One working session with the people in the seat: which decisions, which systems, what a good week looks like.
The app you see above, running on your own exports instead of the simulated world. Every screen, every decision, your numbers.
Wired to your systems with your permissions, agents proposing, people approving, the ledger recording who did what.
Overview
A plant's data sits in control systems, P&IDs, 3D models, equipment manuals and the maintenance log, each in its own tool. The operator on the floor has none of them on hand, and the planner cannot ask what deferring a maintenance event would do.
The twin fuses those sources into objects: plants, buildings, zones, assemblies, equipment, sensors, alarms. Operations shows downtime, throughput and today's forecast by process. Production Floor walks from the building model into zones and the plant P&ID down to one piece of equipment with its sensors, images and manual. Alarms runs incident management, where recommendations are approved, rejected or acted on, and an assistant answers questions across all of it.
Key features
- Fuse structured and unstructured data (control systems, schematics, P&IDs, imagery, manuals) into live objects and actions.
- Operations view: unplanned downtime, throughput by process, cascade yield, WIP, safety and energy, each with a projection.
- Production floor: building, zones, plant P&ID and equipment detail with sensors, images and the manual.
- Incident management: alerts with recommended actions, approve or reject, take action, and history.
- Ready for the operator: mobile-responsive, with field inputs written back into the twin.
- Integrate with control systems: issue work orders, reset systems and set alerts from the platform.
Decisions it produces
- Approve, reject or act on an alert's recommended action
- Inspect a zone or piece of equipment and open its work order
- Issue a work order or a reset from the twin
- Ask the assistant about alarms, sensors or history
Data sources
| Control systems / SCADA | throughput, sensor series, alarms, downtime |
|---|---|
| P&IDs and 3D models | buildings, zones, equipment geometry and tags |
| CMMS | work orders, maintenance history, manuals |
| ERP / MES | production orders, WIP, forecast |
| Field inputs | operator notes, images and voice notes written back to the twin |
