Pipeline outage scheduling
Outage scheduling for compressor stations: the station board with the customer impact beneath it, a planner that recommends outage windows with its reasoning for the operator to accept or reject, the station's maintenance history and impacted contracts, and analytics that score outages on financial impact, compliance, duration, safety and frequency.
One working session with the people in the seat: which decisions, which systems, what a good week looks like.
The app you see above, running on your own exports instead of the simulated world. Every screen, every decision, your numbers.
Wired to your systems with your permissions, agents proposing, people approving, the ledger recording who did what.
Overview
A compressor station outage touches capacity, crews, contracts and every customer downstream. Planning one means reconciling the maintenance calendar, the nominations and the crew roster by hand, and the customer finds out late.
The schedule shows outages per station by type with the customers each one affects; unscheduled outages are placed against the rules, and a review publishes and notifies. The planner recommends three windows with the reasoning, from flow impact in dollars, months since last maintenance, crew availability and contract demand; accepting one places it, rejecting keeps the reason. Analytics score every past outage by type so the next plan learns from it.
Key features
- Outage impact analysis: outage frequency, impact on flow and dollars, crew availability and the customers affected.
- Dynamic schedule management: outages and assignments on a board, re-evaluated against the rules in real time.
- Assisted scheduling: recommended windows with the chain of thought, accepted or rejected in a proposal inbox.
- Continuous performance evaluation: financial impact, maintenance compliance, duration, safety risk and frequency scored per outage type.
Decisions it produces
- Accept or reject a recommended outage window
- Place an unscheduled outage
- Publish the schedule and notify customers
- Re-evaluate the scheduling rules
