The call that used to wait for the office to open
A resident calls at 11 pm on Fig's own voice line and shares their camera. The agent sees the problem while they describe it, the moments it names are kept, and when they hang up the call becomes a clean summary and a dispatched work order with the frames attached.
A recorded walkthrough on simulated data, with sound.
One working session with the people in the seat: which decisions, which systems, what a good week looks like.
The app you see above, running on your own exports instead of the simulated world. Every screen, every decision, your numbers.
Wired to your systems with your permissions, agents proposing, people approving, the ledger recording who did what.
Overview
Most maintenance calls arrive after hours and wait for the office to open; the resident calls twice, the coordinator starts the morning behind, and the emergency in the pile is not marked as one. The maintenance line answers every call in a real voice, and it can look: share your camera or your screen and the agent sees what you see.
The call is Fig's own voice product, not a demo transport: a published Fig voice agent answers in a LiveKit room, hears and sees the caller, and speaks under the manager's rules. The page keeps a frame every time the agent says what it sees, and the caller can pin a moment too.
When the call ends, the transcript and the kept frames become a clean summary in Fig's call-log shape (a headline, then one sentence), the caller is matched to their home, the issue is triaged, the order is opened and dispatched to the same tech or vendor the field desk would choose, and the resident is texted the order number. The frames ride with the order to the desk. Gas, smoke, sparks, flooding or sewage on the call pages the on-call.
A scripted sample call plays through the same wrap on a server without a published agent, so the public page costs nothing.
Decisions it produces
- Summarize the call from the audio and the frames
- Match the caller to their home
- Triage under the rules
- Open and dispatch the work order with the frames attached
- Text the resident
- Page the on-call for a safety issue
Simulated data throughout. Book a call to see it on your own systems.
