Overview
Most rental inquiries arrive after hours, from a listing site, and wait until the office opens. By then the renter has toured somewhere else. This demo puts the leasing coordinator's first reply on the website itself: a conversational assistant that only answers from the listing feed and the manager's policies, recommends at most three homes, and books a tour into the next three days.
It is fair-housing safe by construction: it never discusses or infers protected characteristics and never steers. When a question is outside the data, it hands off to a named coordinator instead of guessing.
