Leads in the form inbox, and the 10 am that didn't show
A queue by minutes waiting: web-form leads with the first reply already drafted, quotes out with no answer, tomorrow's appointments unconfirmed, today's no-shows with the next open slot offered. The confirmation texts can go out on their own under a policy.

One working session with the people in the seat: which decisions, which systems, what a good week looks like.
The app you see above, running on your own exports instead of the simulated world. Every screen, every decision, your numbers.
Wired to your systems with your permissions, agents proposing, people approving, the ledger recording who did what.
Overview
A form submitted at 8 pm is read at 9 the next morning, if the notification was not filtered; the first business to reply gets the job. Quotes go out and nobody calls on day three. Tomorrow's board has twelve slots and three will not answer the door. It is one leak at four points in the funnel: a customer who reached out and did not hear back fast enough.
The desk opens on the longest wait. Every lead carries a drafted reply from the service, the address and the calendar; every unconfirmed appointment a confirmation text; every no-show the next open slot in their area; every quote past three days a check-in. The policy tab lets the front desk turn on the day-before confirmations and the missed-call text-back, and the ledger records what the policy sent and what a person did.
Decisions it produces
- Send the drafted first reply
- Confirm or move tomorrow's appointments
- Offer a no-show the next open slot
- Chase a quote on day three
Simulated data throughout. Book a call to see it on your own systems.
