The visitor who asked a question and left
A chat widget on the business's own site that answers only from its services, service area, hours and published price ranges, qualifies in three questions (where, what, when), books a real slot, and saves the lead with a photo of the problem.
A recorded walkthrough on simulated data, with sound.
One working session with the people in the seat: which decisions, which systems, what a good week looks like.
The app you see above, running on your own exports instead of the simulated world. Every screen, every decision, your numbers.
Wired to your systems with your permissions, agents proposing, people approving, the ledger recording who did what.
Overview
Most visitors to a local service site have one question (do you do this, do you come to me, what does it cost) and leave without asking it. A form gets read in the morning; a phone number gets called from the competitor's site instead. The widget answers the question and books the visit in the same minute.
It qualifies in three questions: the address against the service area, the problem against the service list, the timing against the calendar. It quotes only ranges the owner published, recommends at most one service, and hands off to a named person when the answer is not in the data. Every chat lands in the CRM as a lead with the transcript.
Decisions it produces
- Confirm the address is in the service area
- Recommend the right service with its published range
- Book a slot on the real calendar
- Capture the lead with a photo, or hand off to a person
Simulated data throughout. Book a call to see it on your own systems.
