Not showing up when people ask Google, or ChatGPT
Rankings by service and neighborhood, the questions ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers give about the segment and whether the business is cited, the content gap behind each miss, and the drafted page, FAQ or listing update that closes it, one approval each.

One working session with the people in the seat: which decisions, which systems, what a good week looks like.
The app you see above, running on your own exports instead of the simulated world. Every screen, every decision, your numbers.
Wired to your systems with your permissions, agents proposing, people approving, the ledger recording who did what.
Overview
The local pack drives most of the calls, and the business ranks for its own name and two of nine services. The newer version of the same problem: when a customer asks an assistant who repairs heat pumps nearby and what it costs, the assistant cites two or three sources, and a site with no answers on it is not one of them. Nobody in the business knows whether they are cited, or for what.
The desk tracks every service in every neighborhood against the local pack and against forty questions asked of the assistants, and turns each miss into a gap with a cause: no page, no answer to the question, no price range, no structured data, a stale listing. The agent drafts the fix from the business's own materials (its services, its price sheet, its reviews) with the source on every claim. Publishing writes to the CMS; listing changes write to the Google Business Profile.
Decisions it produces
- Publish a drafted service page or FAQ
- Update the listing: hours, services, photos
- Answer a customer question on the listing
- Approve a schema and FAQ change on an existing page
