The website nobody has touched in four years

A proposed site built from the business's own materials (the old site, the Google listing, the reviews, the price sheet, the truck photos), reviewed page by page: old beside new, every claim with its source, a booking button wired to the real calendar. Approve a page, edit a claim, publish.

A sample of the app on simulated data. Book a call to click through it live, or to see it on your own exports.

Scope2 days

One working session with the people in the seat: which decisions, which systems, what a good week looks like.

Working demo on your data5 days

The app you see above, running on your own exports instead of the simulated world. Every screen, every decision, your numbers.

Production10 days

Wired to your systems with your permissions, agents proposing, people approving, the ledger recording who did what.

Overview

The site was built four years ago by a cousin or an agency. Hours are wrong, two services are missing, the book-now button is an email link, it scores in the 40s on a phone. The owner knows and has no time to write copy, so it stays that way.

The desk shows the old page beside the proposed one for every page, with each claim on the new page traced to something the business already owns: the listing, the reviews, the price sheet. The agent never invents a credential, a year in business or a guarantee. The owner approves page by page, edits any claim in place, adds or drops a service, and publishes to the CMS. The booking button books into the real calendar and the phone number is a tracked line, so the site's calls show up beside its visits.

Decisions it produces

  • Approve a page
  • Edit a claim in place
  • Add or drop a service page
  • Wire the booking and call buttons
  • Publish

Simulated data throughout. Book a call to see it on your own systems.
